Future Group Offerings

We are now taking inquiries for our next round of Softer Together Group Therapy beginning in February of 2026.  If you’d like to be notified when the next group opens, we’d love to add you to the interest list.

This closed group is for women navigating stress and anxiety, learning to listen to the story their bodies are telling, and sharing parts of that story with others in a safe, supportive environment. Learn more HERE.
