My passion is to help adult clients experience stability, connect compassionately with themselves, develop a unique understanding of their pain, and rebuild their whole selves from the inside out. Organizing the significant parts of your story and discovering the messages and meaning in them allows us to bring comfort and validation to our emotional needs, strengthen our secure bonds with others, and find deeper pathways to peace and freedom.

With more than 20 years of experience, my work is grounded in attachment theory, relational therapy, neuropsychology, personality frameworks, and insight-oriented care. I believe our hearts, minds, and bodies were designed to work together, helping us connect more fully with ourselves, with others, and with God.
Life can be unexpectedly painful, yet we are also remarkably wired for hope, resilience, and connection. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand your experiences, process your story, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and those around you. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing with curiosity, courage, and grace.
With compassion as my guiding principle, I provide therapy to clients, clinical supervision to emerging therapists, and coaching to clinicians seeking greater alignment and purpose in their work.

Practice Reimagined is designed for seasoned clinicians who are ready to reconnect with their purpose, rediscover joy in their work, and build a more sustainable and fulfilling practice. Together we explore professional identity, financial clarity, preventing burnout, and creating a practice that reflects your values. HERE
Practice Blueprint is for therapists launching or growing a private practice. This coaching community provides practical guidance, accountability, encouragement, and a supportive network as you build a thriving practice with confidence and intention. HERE
As the Director of Compassion Counseling Group, I have the privilege of leading a team of exceptional therapists who share a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. Supporting both clients and clinicians through this work has been one of the greatest joys of my career.
