I’m Leslie Bley, LPC-S, a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor in Austin, Texas. With more than 20 years of experience, I offer compassionate individual counseling, LPC-Associate supervision, and professional development for therapists.

Through coaching, continuing education, and professional training, I support therapists who want to deepen their clinical understanding, strengthen their practices, and create more intentional professional lives.
My offerings include opportunities to explore clinical approaches, reflect on professional challenges, and build counseling practices that align with personal and professional values.

I’m also the Director of Compassion Counseling Group, a counseling practice serving clients in the Austin and New Braunfels areas.
Leading a team of compassionate therapists is one of the meaningful parts of my professional life. Together, we work to create spaces where people can feel supported, understood, and empowered to pursue healing.
LPC-Associate Supervision in Texas
In addition to counseling adults, I enjoy supporting the professional development of therapists.
As an LPC-S, I provide supervision for LPC-Associates who are developing their clinical skills, professional confidence, and identity as counselors.
I believe good supervision is about more than meeting licensing requirements. It’s an opportunity to reflect, ask meaningful questions, strengthen clinical judgment, and grow into the therapist you want to become.
