Maybe you’ve started to notice meaningful signals from your body, but you’re not quite sure what to do with them. That’s a common place to begin.
In this group, I draw from Try Softer by Aundi Kolber, The Developing Mind by Dan Siegel, and a range of self-compassion and somatic therapy approaches. These tools help reduce stress, build compassion for your story, and support embodied healing.
Softer Together Group Therapy begins again in Feb 2026. This closed group is for women who are navigating stress and anxiety, learning to listen to the story their bodies are telling, and beginning to share parts of that story in a safe and supportive space.
We’ll meet weekly for 14 weeks. Each session is 1.5 hours long and costs $70.
Goals of this group:
Create a safe environment to bond and connect with other women
Notice how our nervous system operates and has been shaped by our pain
Integrate our physical, emotional, and mental experiences for more wholeness
Identify personal trauma through story work
Practice sharing from our story timeline and receiving compassionate feedback
Learn to show ourselves compassionate awareness and grow our self-compassion
Experience deeper healing in areas in need of hope, comfort, capacity, and freedom
